Without a good night’s sleep it’s hard to love your life over 40!
A good night’s sleep improves brain function, sports performance and immunity, and with a good night’s sleep you are less likely to over eat, over drink and over react. Seems to us that a good night’s sleep is the secret to happiness that’s staring us in the face.
What we’d love to know, and to share back to you, is whether a bad night’s sleep is really a ‘side effect’ of getting older / being menopausal or whether it’s something else, and if you are suffering from a bad night’s sleep — what actually works!
